If the new 96-gallon cart is too large to fit your individual needs, or if you have difficulty placing your cart at the curb because of restricted access, storage situations or limited mobility, please contact our Customer Service Team via telephone, e-mail or in person to share your concerns.

Step 2: The Customer Service Department will supply a smaller container or visit your site to evaluate alternative options.

 

The first cart exchange will be free. Any future exchanges are subject to a delivery fee.
