We encourage you to give the new recycling container a try for a sufficient period of time in order to evaluate it. This new system is designed to promote a higher rate of participation and ultimately reduce the amount of garbage produced. Most residents find that they actually recycle much more than they did with the multi-bin system due to the increased capacity and reduced sorting.

Some residents may find that the standard 96-gallon container doesn’t work for their specific situation and may need help finding a level of service that better meets their needs. If you are unable to use the standard recycling container or have questions, please contact our Customer Service Department via phone, email, or voice mail. Staff will assist you with your specific situation and strive to find a positive solution that works for you.
